No - The water I use has been purified to produce crystal clear (deionised) water. This is stored in my van ready to be pumped into the water fed pole system. This systems leaves your windows wet but they will dry naturally with no streaks even in the rain!
No - The evening before the property is due to be cleaned you will receive a text advising that I will be attending your property the following day which, will enable customers to provide access to their property, eg. unlocking gates and closing windows.
No - Window frames and sills are cleaned as standard when your windows are cleaned and no extra charge is made.
Yes - Inside window are cleaned using the traditional method. You will need to be present at your property for health and safety reasons. I request that access to internal windows is made available e.g. moving ornaments from window sills etc.

Yes - The system I operate reaches to 50ft, therefore if the window is visible it will be cleaned from ground level.
Sky Rise Window Cleaning has three methods of payment; online banking, cash or cheque. The preferred methods are on line banking or cash. Some customers choose to pay cash on the day or leave the cash in a designated area which has been agreed by both parties.
